What This Package Does
----------------------
This package provides Swap Master Driver for Windows 95/98 users.
The Swap Master Driver enables or updates the UltraBay FX Warm Swap
function of the following ThinkPad computer:

   - ThinkPad 390X

To determine if you have to update the Swap Master Driver or not, please
refer to the "Summary of Changes" section.

To update the Swap Master Driver, please refer to the "Installation Guide"
section.

Installation Guide
------------------
(Note)
- To determine if you have to update the Swap Master Driver or not,
  please refer to the "Summary of Changes" section.

- Before installing, you must remove any real-mode drivers such as
  MSCDEX and related drivers from the CONFIG.SYS file.

- Before installing this driver, you must uninstall the old Configuration
  Utility program.


HOW TO UNINSTALL THE DRIVER:
 1. Start Windows 95/98.
 2. Right click on the Swap Master icon and select "Unload Swap Master".
 3. Click 'OK' at the Unload Swap Master window.
 4. Click on 'Start' -> 'Settings' ->' Control Panel'
 5. Double click on the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon.
 6. Click on the "Swap Master" so that it is highlighted.
 7. Click on the 'Add/Remove' button.
 8. Follow the prompts on the screen.
 9. Shut down and restart the computer.


HOW TO INSTALL THE DRIVER:
 1. Start Windows 95/98.
 2. Extract this package to the hard disk.
 3. Click 'Start' -> 'Run...'.
 4. Type "C:\DRIVERS\W9X\BAYSWAP\SETUP.EXE" and click on 'OK'.
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
