lsmca: List the POS Values and Their Meaning in a Microchannel System

This is a small (and definitely unfinished!) program I wrote to interprete the POS values of all cards plugged into a Microchannel-based system. It will do this by reading the POS register values, parse the appropriate ADF files, and print out the settings, option by option.
